MEET THE COMPETITORS
A diverse group of nearly
forty girls descends on Los Angeles from all over the United States
to meet, greet and get rolling in the search for AMERICA'S NEXT TOP
MODEL. As the girls check into Le Meridien Hotel in Beverly Hills,
California we meet
Amanda, the 25 year old from
Hendersonville, North Carolina with stunning eyes and a two year old
son waiting for her back home. We also get a look at
Toccara who is 5'9 and 180 lbs. and
dreams of being the world's first plus size supermodel.

Episode 2: The Girl Who Is Co-Dependent

MAGDALENA DOESN'T MAKE IT, LEAH GETS HER WALKING PAPERS
Magdalena, the 24-year old nursing
student from Worcester, Massachusetts, is the first model eliminated
after the photo shoot in Jamaica, receiving the news that she's not
going with the other girls back to New York. Ironically, it is the
girl who opens the envelope with Magdalena's bad news, 24-year old
Leah from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma,
who is next to go. After analyzing the photos from the shoot in
Jamaica and meeting the girls themselves, the judges tell Leah that
her rhythm was just too off and that she will not be moving on to
the next round.

Episode 3: The Girl Who Everyone Thinks Is a Backstabber

JULIE'S STOCK TAKES A DIVE
Julie, the 19-year-old Indian
beauty from Kent, Washington, makes the fatal mistake of admitting
she is in the competition to get ahead in manufacturing and not to
be America's Next Top Model. For this transgression she gets the
boot, and the field is reduced from twelve to eleven.

KRISTI'S NERVES SEND HER PACKING
The girls are sent to a
crash course in runway modeling with J. Alexander, and are thrilled
by a visit from AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL Cycle 2 winner,
Yoanna House. Later, overwhelmed by
the pressures of the big city and slightly unnerved by a topless Lee
Jeans shoot,
Kristi, the 20-year-old student
from St. Louis, Missouri, is eliminated.

YOU'VE GOT TO BRING IT: JENNIPHER JETTISONED
Kelle, the 20-year-old gallery
owner from New York City,
Ann, the 21-year-old All-American
swimmer from Erie, Pennsylvania and
Jennipher, the 22-year-old
bartender from Pocatello, Idaho all have a rough week, but in the
end, Jennipher fails to "bring it" and is sent home as the number of
girls is cut from ten to nine.

After a grueling week of
demanding physical challenges,
Kelle, the 20-year-old art gallery
owner from Manhattan, New York, is the latest aspiring top model to
get cut. Even though she clearly made an effort, in the end her
inability to translate her beauty into inspiring photographs forces
the judges to let her go.
